ABOUT South Indian Vada RECIPE

This is a yummy break fast meal of South India.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup split black gram
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. 3 onion finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup chopped curry leaves
  5. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  6. 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  7. 1/2 cup chopped green chillies
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 250 gram oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the split black gram for 24 hours & coarsly blend it.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients well & make a batter.
  3. Now heat oil & deep fry the vadas.
