About South Indian Vada Recipe

This is a yummy break fast meal of South India.

South Indian Vada

Ingredients to make South Indian Vada

  • 2 cup split black gram
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 250 gram oil for frying

How to make South Indian Vada

  1. Soak the split black gram for 24 hours & coarsly blend it.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients well & make a batter.
  3. Now heat oil & deep fry the vadas.
