ABOUT No bake - No yeast whole wheat Pizza RECIPE

Very healthy as it is made up of wheat flour and used homemade paneer as a one of the toppings which is best. (Jain / No onion/No garlic)

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dough preparation:
  2. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tsp Baking powder
  5. 2 tbsp curd
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 cup of water
  9. Pizza sauce:
  10. 4 Chopped Tomatoes
  11. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  12. 1 tsp sugar
  13. 1 tsp Salt
  14. 1 tsp Oregano
  15. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  16. 1/2 tsp Pepper
  17. Toppings:
  18. 1/2 cup homemade paneer
  19. 1 Sliced tomato
  20. 1/2 cup corn kernels
  21. 1/2 cup capsicum rings
  22. 1/2 cup black olives
  23. 1/2 cup jalapeno rings
  24. 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Dough preparation:
  2. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and with your hands make a well in the center, add baking powder, baking soda, curd, oil and salt and mix it well. Add water and make a soft dough.
  3. Place it in an oil greased bowl and in a warm place for 3 hours.
  4. Pizza sauce:
  5. In a pan add tomatoes, ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes and mix it well. Allow it to simmer and cook till thick.
  6. Pizza base:
  7. Once the dough has proved/well rested, knead it again and roll it out to make a pizza base.
  8. Cook on both the sides using regular pizza pan but allowing it to be cooked by putting the lid of pan on top.
  9. Once it becomes light brown, remove it from heat and allow it to come down to room temperature.
  10. Get pizza ready:
  11. Take one of the pizza base we made, apply the sauce, toppings and cheese. Again put it into the pan, put the lid on it. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
