ABOUT Cheese Omelette RECIPE

Omelette made with eggs, veggies and cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Gram flour - 1 tsp
  3. Onions - 2 tsp(chopped)
  4. Capsicum - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Carrot - 1 tsp( grated)
  6. Butter - 1 tbsp
  7. Cheese - 1/4 cup( grated)
  8. Salt - A pinch
  9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - A pinch
  11. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp(chopped)
  12. Mix Italian herbs - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, salt and gram flour well in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter in a pan.
  3. When it is just hot enough add the onions, other veggies and salt.
  4. Saute on a high flame for 1 minute.
  5. Add turmeric and red chili powder.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Spread the mixture.
  8. Reduce the flame to medium and pour the egg mixture.
  9. Allow to cook until the base is set.
  10. Flip it and cook.
  11. Fry it on both the sides until fully cooked.
  12. Then add the grated cheese as desired.
  13. Sprinkle Italian mix herbs.
  14. Fold it half way and cook on a low heat until the cheese melts.
  15. Serve Cheese omelette warm.
