Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 250 grams
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. Oats 1 cup
  4. Green chilli 2
  5. Green coriander
  6. Salt as per ur taste
  7. Schezwan chutney 1 spoon
  8. Chat masala 1 spoon
  9. Chilli flakes 1/2 spoon
  10. Herbs 1 spoon
  11. Ajwain 1/2 spoon
  12. Ghee
  13. Chopped ginger 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and grate paneer,boiled potatoes and oats in it.
  2. Add green chilli and coriander,chopped ginger,chat masala,garam masala,ajwain,schezwan chutney, Herbs and chilli flakes in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and make patty of it.Keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour's.
  4. Keep a tawa on a flame and heat it. After heating tawa put ghee on it .Fry all the tikki from both sides until it become brown and crispy.
  5. Tikki is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney or with schezwan chutney.
