ABOUT Aloo paratha RECIPE

It is a Punjabi dish and serve it with curd and mango pickle it tastes good

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3-4 boiled and smashed potatoes
  2. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped
  3. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  5. 1 tsp amchur
  6. 2-3 tsp chopped coriander
  7. salt to taste
  8. 2 cups atta
  9. water as needed
  10. butter 1 tsp


  1. Firstly boil the water and add potato and boil for 10 min and peel it and smash it finely
  2. In that add chopped green chilli
  3. And salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and amchur and mix well
  4. And add chopped coriander
  5. In other bowl add atta,salt,water and make a soft dough
  6. Now roll with rolling pin and stuff the potato stuffing in that
  7. And roll it thin and take a pan and add butter and add paratha and let it dry and serve
