Ingredients to make bhoree

  • wheat flour 1cup
  • clarified butter or ghee 1/4cup
  • sugar 1/4cup
  • cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  • chopped almonds 1tbsp
  • chopped chashews 1tbsp
  • water as needed
  • ghee for brushing

How to make bhoree

  1. Take flour in a vessel add water as needed a d knead a dough for chapati and keep on rest for 5minutes
  2. Make small balls from dough roll it with roller pin,cook on hot tava,brush ghee on both the sides while cooking
  3. Cook about 6-7chapaties then make small pieces of chapaties
  4. Put that pieces in mixer jar,add ghee,sugar,cardamom powder ,blend this mixture for 30seconds
  5. Remove it in a vessel add almonds and cashews mix well
  6. Ready to serve,bhori is mostly served with papad
