ABOUT Coconut dahi ki chutney RECIPE

This coconut chutney is famous in South india as it goes very well with idli and dosa. It is perfect to go with any breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut - 1
  2. Curd - 250 gms
  3. Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
  4. Red chillies - 1
  5. Salt
  6. Oil - 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Take the coconut in a grinder. Grind it to form paste.
  2. Add curd and mix well
  3. For chauk, heat oil in wok, add mustard seeds and red chilli. Allow to crackle.
  4. Transfer the chauk into the chutney.
  5. In the end add salt and mix.
  6. The chutney is ready to serve.
