Egg Muffin cups loaded with green veggies and meat :yum:Veggies and meat are put in a cupcake mould and egg is added to it and baked it.Perfect healthy breakfast on a busy morning.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4-5 eggs
  2. 1 tsp coriander chopped
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Butter
  7. 1/4 cup bell pepper chopped
  8. 1/4 cup spinach chopped
  9. 1/2 tsp pepper
  10. 1/4 cup leftover meat pieces


  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.Add salt and spices and keep aside.
  2. Take a muffin mould and put the cupcake linens inside the mould.
  3. In each mould,put 1/4 tsp spinach,1/4 tsp bell pepper,small cube of butter and pour 5-6 tsp of egg over the veggies and meat.Keep 1/4th of the mould free.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  5. Put the cupcake mould in oven and bake it for 20 mins .Take a toothpick and prick on the cupcake and check it if it is done.
  6. Take out from the oven and serve it with sauce of your choice.Sprinkle pepper over it.
