Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potatoes 2, chopped
  2. Onion 2, chopped
  3. Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Tomatoes 2, chopped
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Pinch of ajwain
  7. Pinch of hing
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  12. Green chilli 1
  13. Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  14. Oil 3 tbsp
  15. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin, ajwain, hing and saute them.
  2. Add chopped ginger, garlic or paste and saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and saute them properly.
  4. Add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Add beans and potatoes and cover with lid and let them cook on sim for a few minutes.
  6. Add fried paneer slices and green chilli, mix well.
  7. Add water and cover the lid and give whistles about 4-5. Serve hot.
