Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cup Wheat flour vermicelli
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 4 sp oil
  4. 1/2 cup chopped potatoes
  5. 1/2 cup green peas
  6. 1/3 cup chopped carrots
  7. 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  8. 5-6 Kari leaves
  9. 1/2 sp cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 sp musturd seeds
  11. 1/2 sp turmeric powder
  12. 2 chopped green chillies
  13. salt as per test
  14. 1 sp Red chilli powder
  15. 1 pouch Chings secrate masala
  16. Green corriender
  17. lemon juice


  1. Firstly heat the pan add 1 sp oil roast vermicelli
  2. Cut all veggies in medium size
  3. Heat 3-4 sp oil in a pan add mustard seed and cummin seeds l. When cracked add green chillies
  4. Now add green onions
  5. Add Kari leaves
  6. Now add all veggies and mix
  7. Add all spices like turmeric, salt, red chilli powder ect
  8. When vegetables become soft add rosted vermicelli and mix well
  9. Mix well
  10. Add water
  11. Let it cook,
  12. Meanwhile add chings secret masala and stirring it
  13. Finally add chopped green corriender
  14. Serve with lemon juice
