After adding the mangoes for how many minutes do we need to cook?
Cook the rice and keep aside.
Peel and chop 1 mango.
In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil, add peanuts and fry well. K
in the same pan add chana daal, urad daal and fry till golden in color. Add rai, green chilli, red chilli and fry well.
Add curry patta, hing and peanuts. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add in the mango and mix everything well. Add salt, turmeric and mix.
Finally add in the cooked rice, saute well for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
SERVING: 4
