Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.5 cups wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. Water to knead the dough
  4. 2-3 tsp MDH stuffed masala powder
  5. Oil for frying


  1. Take wheat flour in stand mixer,put salt in it.Gradually put water and make dough .
  2. Once the dough is made,keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Take a small piece of dough and slightly roll it .Take 1/4 tsp of stuffed masala powder and put it on the dough.
  4. Seal the sides of the dough.
  5. Again make it into a round ball and roll it.
  6. Take a rolling pin and roll it into Poori.
  7. Take oil in a flat pan and heat it.Once the oil is hot,fry the poori’s .Fluffy poori’s are ready.
  8. Enjoy it with Aloo spinach gravy or any other gravy and chutney.
