Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats roasted & powdered - 3/4 cup
  2. atta - 1/4 cup
  3. Milk maid - 2 tablespoon
  4. Powder sugar - 1 tablespoon
  5. Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
  6. Soya milk - 1 cup
  7. Kashew nuts powder - 2 tablespoon
  8. butter -1 tablespoon
  9. Salt- one pinch
  10. For coffee liqor - instant coffee powder -2 tablespoon
  11. Hot water - 1/2 cup
  12. Castor sugar - 1 tablespoon
  13. cinnamon powder - 1 pinch
  14. butter for greasing
  15. For filling - cream Cheese - 150 grams
  16. Hung curd - 2 tablespoon
  17. Milkmaid - 1/4 cup
  18. Milk powder - 3 tablespoon
  19. Whipped cream - 1/2 cup
  20. Instant coffee - 1 teaspoon


  1. For pancake - Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine soya milk, butter, milkmaid, now add the dry ingredients of the bowl and make a batter of flowing consistency.
  3. If required add 2 tablespoon of water to the batter for a flowing consistency.
  4. Heat a griddle on the stove top, grease with butter. Drop 2 tablespoons batter.
  5. Flip the pancake when bubbles begin to pop. Keep the heat low as the pancake can burn.
  6. Keep aside all the pancakes and allow them to cool.
  7. Prepare coffee liquor by dissolving castor sugar, cinnamon, coffee and water.
  8. Soak the pancakes one by one in the coffee liquor.
  9. For filling: Blend cream cheese and hung curd in a blender till smooth. Add one by one all the filling ingredients and mix well.
  10. Once you get a smooth texture, pour this mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  11. Assemble now - In a plate place a moist pancake. Spread the filling cream again on top place a pancake repeat this procedure to make 4 layers.
  12. Decorate with sprinkles and coffee powder. Refrigerate.
  13. Serve chilled.
