Wheat dosa is a healthy instant dosa variety made from wheat flour or atta ideal for early morning breakfast or even for tiffin box.Traditional south indian dosa tecipe.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup wheat/atta
  2. 1/4cup rice powder
  3. Water as required
  4. 1tblespoon jeera
  5. 1tsp Salt
  6. Oil for roasting


  1. Take a large bowl keep wheat powder,rice powder,salt jeera , suficient water mix them.
  2. Now dosa batter is ready.
  3. Now carefully por the dosa battery over hot tawa.
  4. Sprinkle 1tsp of oil from the top
  5. Let the base turn crush golden brown.keep on medium flame to cook.
  6. Finally wheat dosa ready. With any chutney or chana powder.
