Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower florets 1/2
  2. Potato 1
  3. Carrot 1/2
  4. Cornflour
  5. Rice powder
  6. Baking soda
  7. Ginger garlic paste
  8. Garam Masala
  9. Chilli powder
  10. Turmeric powder
  11. Salt
  12. Soy Sauce
  13. Chilli tomato sauce
  14. Garlic diced
  15. Honey
  16. Sesame seeds
  17. Oil

Instructions

  1. Here we go!!
  2. Mix cornflour, rice powder, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, baking soda and salt. Make as a paste. Add the diced vegetables and mix well.
  3. Deep fry the vegetables in oil until crisp. Keep aside.
  4. In a separate pan, saute diced garlic in a spoon of oil and add soy sauce and chilli tomato sauce. Pour this mix sauce in the vegetables and now add honey and sesame seeds and toss it well. Yummy crispy mouth watering starter is now ready!!!!
