Moong dal dosa

Ingredients to make Moong dal dosa

  • 1 cup yellow moong
  • 2 to 3 tsp saok poha
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • water as per requirement for consistency

How to make Moong dal dosa

  1. Take a bowl soak 1 cup yellow moong dal for 2 to 3 hours
  2. Now wash and drain the water and blend with ginger , green chilli and poha with adding very little water and make a smooth batter
  3. Now add salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Now dosa batter is ready
  5. Heat a pan or a non stick tawa grease with oil , and pour 2 to 3 tsp batter and spread , sprinkle chopped onion , chopped coriander leaves , and few drop oil and cook
  6. Now flip and cook till both sides becomes crispy
  7. Serve hot with any chutney or sambar of your choice

My Tip:

If u add soaked poha then dosa becomes so soft
