Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Turmeric 1 pinch
  3. Green chilli 2-3
  4. Oil 2 tsp
  5. Onion 1 chopped
  6. Salt as needed
  7. Chana dal 1 tsp
  8. Urad dal 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the left over rice and add oil, turmeric and mix well
  2. Now take a Kadai and add oil mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad Dal,chana Dal and fry well
  3. Now add chopped green chilli and onion and fry well
  4. And add enough salt and rice mixture and fry well and serve.. Hot
