Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 2 Chopped Tomato
  3. 2 Fine chopped onions
  4. 1/2 cup Peas
  5. 1 Chopped Carrot
  6. 1/4 Chopped spring onions
  7. 7-8 piecesCauliflower
  8. 1/2 CupChopped Capsicum
  9. 1/4 CupChooped cabbage
  10. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  11. 2 Tablespoon Chopped corriander 2 tablespoon
  12. 2 tea spoonPav Bhaji Masala
  13. 2 tea spoon Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  14. 1/2 tea spoon Cumin seeds
  15. 1/4 tea spoon Asafoetida
  16. 1 tablespoonGarlic paste
  17. 1 tablespoon oil
  18. 4 tablespoon butter
  19. 1 gilas water
  20. Salt to taste
  21. 8 piece pav

Instructions

  1. In a cooker add cauliflower,carrot,peas, cabbage, spring onions, ½ tomato and 1 glass water and salt. Give it a whistle.
  2. Take a wok and heat oil add asafoetida, cumin seeds, kashmiri mirch powder, onions and garlic paste and roast.
  3. Add tomato, mix potato, add boiled vegetables,pav bhaji masala, salt and lemom juice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with butter and corriander.
  5. Add butter on a pan and roast pav .Serve hot bhaji with pav.
