Mango Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Kulfi

  • Full cream milk 500 ml
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder 1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Pulp of 1 mango
  • pistachios 8-10

How to make Mango Kulfi

  1. in a heavy bottomed pan heat the milk, when the milk is lukewarm add in the milk powder and mix.
  2. Add the sugar, condensed milk and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
  3. Simmer the flame and let the milk quantity reduce till only 1/4 amount is left.
  4. Puree the mango pulp and chop the pistachios.
  5. Cool the reduced milk, add the mango puree and pistachios and mix. Pour into moulds and freeze for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.
