A typical punjabi Breakfast, where daily morning people have varieties of parathas and leave home for work. Stuffed cauliflower Parathas served with Curds.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. whole Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. salt
  3. Grated cauliflower 2 cups
  4. green coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chillies paste 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger grated 1 inc piece
  9. Oil 4-5 tbsp
  10. Water to knead the dough


  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add little salt . Knead a not so soft dough and keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Grate cauliflower or In a vegetable Chopper add the cauliflower florets, add ginger and green chilli and finely chop them together.
  3. Remove in a bowl, add chopped green coriander leaves, salt red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix all well.
  4. Add salt and give it a good mix.
  5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide them into equal portions, and stuff the cauliflower stuffing and make thick round parathas.
  6. Apply oil on both sides and cook it on tawa on medium flame so that it cooks well.
  7. Serve hot with pickle and curds.
