Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cauliflower
  2. 1 bowl peas
  3. 4 chopped tomatoes
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  6. 1tbsp red chilli
  7. 1tbsp coriander powder
  8. 1/2, tbsp garam masala
  9. 1 bowl knead makka flour


  1. Deep fry cauliflower and peas.now add heeng again fry add tomatoes .
  2. Now add all dry spices...mix well now add kasuri methi mix well.. garnish with coriander leaves..
  3. Knead makka flour smooth.now make this Puri in your palm .
  4. Deep fry it...serve this gobhi matar with yummy makka Puri.
