Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. whole grain dinner rolls - 6
  2. eggs - 6
  3. melted butter - 3-4 tablespoon
  4. heavy cream - 2-3 tablespoon
  5. salt - one teaspoon
  6. ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
  7. dried mixed herbs - one teaspoon
  8. baby spinach - one handful (roughly chopped)
  9. chopped red capsicum - 1 tbsp


  1. firstly, cut out top of the dinner rolls and scoop out some parts from inside the rolls to make a hole.
  2. Preheat the oven on 175 degree celsius temperature.
  3. place those rolls onto a baking tray and brush with butter top of the each rolls and side of the rolls as well.
  4. crack one egg in a bowl and slide the egg into the hole of the rolls.
  5. put few chopped spinach and one teaspoon of heavy cream inside the rolls.
  6. top of that add little bit of chopped capsicum and salt.
  7. bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. after 10 minutes baking put the tray out and sprinkle some herbs and black pepper and bake for another 5 minutes.
  9. ready to serve.
