Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients to make Chicken Cutlets

  • chicken 1/2 kg
  • potatoes 3
  • onion 2
  • ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  • 4 green chilies
  • Few curry leaves
  • red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • haldi powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • oil as required
  • salt as per taste

How to make Chicken Cutlets

  1. Pressure cook the chicken & potatoes with some salt and water. Give 4 to 5 whistles.
  2. In a pan, take a little oil. Add all the ingredients including onion and all the masala, fry for some time.
  3. Add boiled potatoes and chicken which is slightly mashed in the mixer before.
  4. Let it cool then make small balls from it. You can give any shape to it.
  5. In a bowl take two eggs, beat it properly and add some salt.
  6. In a plate spread some bread crumbs and heat some oil in a frying pan.
  7. Take the cutlets, first dip in eggs then coat with bread crumbs by rolling and finally fry in the hot oil.
  8. It will be fried in 4 to 5 minutes, serve hot.
