About Cauliflower Paratha Recipe

A paratha is a flat bread made from flour. We love different kind of parathas. Like simple paratha, stuffed paratha. In stuffed paratha very polular paratha is Cauliflower paratha.

Cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Paratha

  • for dough we need
  • all purpose flour 2 cups
  • white oil as needed
  • some warm water
  • salt as per taste
  • for staffing we need
  • one piece cauliflower chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • sugar as per taste
  • green chilli finely chopped
  • ginger paste one teaspoon
  • cumin powder one teaspoon
  • garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • white oil as needed
  • cumin seed one teaspoon

How to make Cauliflower Paratha

  1. First make a soft dough using flour, salt, white oil and warm water.
  2. now put some oil in kadai.
  3. temper with cumin seed.
  4. as the seed splatter add cauliflower.
  5. Saute for 2 minutes.
  6. add green chilli and again saute for some time.
  7. now add ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar.
  8. Fry well.
  9. now turn off flame and cool down for some time.
  10. now make small equal balls from dough.
  11. take one ball and Roll It and put stuffing.
  12. seal very well.
  13. roll again.
  14. in a tawa brush oil.
  15. now Fry the parathas from both sides very well.
  16. Our cauliflower paratha is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Its very good for breakfast recipe. Serve with chutny or any sabji
