Ingredients to make 5 Minute Chilli Fry

  • green chillies 10-12
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/8 tsp

How to make 5 Minute Chilli Fry

  1. TAKE 10-12 GREEN CHILLIES, CUT THEM AS SHOWN, HEAT 3 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD THE CHILLIES TO THE OIL, FRY FOR 2 MINS
  3. COVER & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  4. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI, CORIANDER, GARAM MASALA, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, SALT, MIX
  5. COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS, SERVE HOT WITH PARANTHAS / DAL-RICE
