Classic waffles with sunny side up eggs, a simple yet sumptuous breakfast to light up your mornings.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the waffles
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  9. 1/2 cup milk
  10. Oil,as required
  11. For sunny side up egg
  12. 2 eggs
  13. Salt,to taste
  14. Black pepper powder,to taste
  15. Oil,as required

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour,baking powder and salt and keep aside.
  2. Whisk egg yolk with the sugar well.
  3. Add vanilla essence,oil and milk and mix well
  4. Mix this well into the flour mix.
  5. In another bowl,whisk the egg white separately and add this to the whole batter.
  6. Heat up the waffles plate and spray them with some oil.
  7. Put some batter and cook it for 2-3 mins till brown on both sides.
  8. For sunny side up ,break an egg on waffle plate.
  9. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and cook till done.
  10. Serve hot.
