Corn ravva curd rice

Ingredients to make Corn ravva curd rice

  • Boiled corn ravva 1 1/2 cup
  • salt as needed
  • curd 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • chana dal 1 tbsp
  • urad dal 1 tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • green chillies 2-3
  • red chilli 2-3
  • peanuts 1 tbsp
  • hing pinch
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Peppercorns 2-3

How to make Corn ravva curd rice

  1. Firstly boil corn ravva by adding water, oil and boil well
  2. And let it cool
  3. And add curd,milk and mix well
  4. Now add enough salt and mix well
  5. Now take a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad Dal,chana Dal, peppercorns, peanuts and fry well
  6. Now add green chilli and red chilli and hing and fry well
  7. Now add the tadaka to curd ravva mixture and serve well
