Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raagi 4 cups, rice ,1 cup , Green chillies veggies , oil,
  2. Oil mustard seeds ground nuts fresh coconut


  1. Soak raagi and rice seperately overnight..Next morning grind raagi and filter the batter ..grind the rice finely ..Now mix the two batters cook them in a low flame you need to cook
  2. Make balls out of cooked batter and steam it
  3. In semiya maker add the balls and make semiya
  4. For regular semiya, heat pan add mustard seeds ,jeera, ground nuts green chillies saute add fresh coconuts lime juice ,salt and add semiya and mix gently
  5. For chineese noodles wash the semiya in cold water and allow it to cool ..Now heat the pan add oil ginger ,garlic saute for few minutes now add chopped veggies , add soya sauce ,tomato sauce mix well ,now add the noodles salt n mix well
