About Ragi upma Recipe

It is good for health and for diabetic people it has nice flavour and good taste

Ragi upma

Ingredients to make Ragi upma

  • 1 cup ragi powder
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • oil 2 tsp
  • salt as needed
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • chana dal 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  • water as needed

How to make Ragi upma

  1. Firstly take a bowl and add water and ragi ravva and mix with out lumps
  2. Now take a pan and add oil and let the oil heat
  3. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana Dal, urad dal and let it splutter
  4. Now add green chilli and onion and fry well
  5. Now add carrot and green peas and fry well
  6. Now pour water and add enough salt and boil well
  7. Now add the ragi and water mixture with continuous stirring and cook for 5-6 min and serve........
