About Egg pattice Recipe

I have learnt this recipe from my mom who used to make it often for us , specially in winters days.

Egg pattice

Ingredients to make Egg pattice

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup boiled potato and paneer mix
  • 1/2 cup poha
  • oil,as required
  • salt ,to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • imli chutney
  • coriander leaves

How to make Egg pattice

  1. Wash the poha well and add it to potato and paneer mix.
  2. Add salt and red chilli powder to taste.
  3. Put this mix on whole peeled egg to cover it completely.
  4. Take oil in a pan and cook it on all sides till brown.
  5. After it is done,scramble it in the pan itself and cook again for 1-2 mins.
  6. Add garam masala powder and mix.
  7. Take out in a plate and serve with imli chutney or any order you like .
