Its a very healthy burger made of all very healthy beans which are full of protiens.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled chickpease
  2. 1/2 cup Soya beans boiled
  3. 1/2 cup black chana boiled
  4. Salt
  5. Paper
  6. Onion fine chopped 1
  7. Green chilli fine chopped 1
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1tspoon
  9. Lemon juice 1tbspoon
  10. 1 boiled potatoes
  11. 1 tbspoon all purpose flour for coating
  12. Bread crumbs for coating
  13. Lattice leaves
  14. Onion slices
  15. Cheese slices
  16. Tomatoes round slices
  17. Mayonies
  18. Pinch of Asafotida
  19. coriander leaves chopped
  20. Burger buns 4

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add asafotida and onion saute well
  2. Add chilli and ginger garlic paste saute well
  3. Add beans now and saute well
  4. Add all dry spices now and mix well
  5. With a potato masher mash all the beans and potato and make a paste
  6. Now at the end add lemon juice
  7. When its cool than make tikkis or patties
  8. Can shallow fry as it is on tawa or coat with apf and water batter and than dip in bread crumbs and deep fry
  9. Now assemble the burger
  10. Take one burger bun cut in 2 pcs
  11. 1st of all keep one round lattice
  12. Now add onion slices
  13. Now cheese slice
  14. Than tomato
  15. Cover with the other pc of burger
  16. Have used grapes and cheese stick to hold it
  17. Serve hot and crispy with tonato ketchup
  18. Now top it with mayonies 2 tablespoon
  19. Now keep the deep fried tikki
