Very famous in north india. Paratha stuffed with cottage cheese or paneer

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For stuffing 1 cup grated paneer
  2. Salt
  3. Chopped coriander leaves
  4. Chopper green chilli 1
  5. Chat masala 1/2 tspoon
  6. For dough 2 cups ata
  7. Water
  8. Salt
  9. 2tbspoon oio
  10. Oil or ghee for frying


  1. Make a smooth dough little soft by adding all ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes
  2. Now in a bowl add paneer and other all ingredients mix well and stuffing ready
  3. Take small ball of dough make it round and stuff the 1tbspoon stuffing in it
  4. Now role with rolling pin gently
  5. Heat tawa and grease with desi ghee and now shallow fry the paratha on medium flame golden brown
  6. Serve hot with curd and salad
