Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  5. Water,as required
  6. 1 1/2 cup grated radish/ mooli
  7. Salt,to taste
  8. 1-2 green chillies
  9. 1-2 tbsp green coriander
  10. Oil or ghee ,as required


  1. To make a dough take wheat flour and add salt ,black pepper powder and carrom seeds.
  2. Use water to make a dough and keep it aside for sometime.
  3. Add salt, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to the radish and keep aside.
  4. After 10 mins squeeze the radish well to remove excess water.
  5. Take a small ball of dough,fill some radish and roll out a parantha .
  6. Heat up the tawa and shallow fry the parnatha on both sides with oil or ghee.
  7. Similarly make all the paranthas .
  8. Serve hot with curd.
