It is easy to make and no need of any chutney and it tasted good

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ginger 2 inches
  2. Sugar 2 tsp
  3. Red chilli 2
  4. Oil 4 tbsp
  5. Chana dal 1 tbsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tbsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  8. Peanuts 2 tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Hing pinch
  11. Curry leaves 1 sprig
  12. Green chillies 2-3
  13. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  14. Salt 1 tbsp
  15. Mini idlies 4 plates
  16. Tamarind 1-2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly cook the idly and let it cool
  2. Now take a pan and add oil and let oil heat and add tamarind and ginger and fry well
  3. Now take it into a mixi jar and add salt, Red chilli powder and sugar and make fine paste by adding little water to it
  4. Now take the same pan and add oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana Dal,urad dal,peanuts,red chilli, hing and fry well
  5. Now add curry leaves and fry and add green chilli and fry well
  6. Now add the prepared paste
  7. And fry it well
  8. Now add idly and mix well and serve hot..
