Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White Daikon / Radish 4
  2. Salt 1 Tsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Green chilli 4
  5. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Green Coriander 1 spoon
  7. Asofeotida 1 pinch
  8. Wheat flour 2 cup

Instructions

  1. Peel of the radish and grate it.
  2. Press the grated radish with palm so that water can be seprated.
  3. Add all the spices in grated radish and mix well.
  4. Don't add salt.
  5. Make a soft smooth dough with wheat flour.
  6. Make a small ball and little bit roll with rolling pin.
  7. Put 1 spoon stuffing on it and add 1 pinch salt.
  8. Mix it and seal it with sides.
  9. Roll gently.
  10. Place it on hot tawa.
  11. When it turns light golden flip it.
  12. Put ghee or oil and roast it both sides.
  13. Serve with chutney.
