Very healthy and testy corn parantha stuffed by ginger garlic masala

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup corn flour ( makka flour)
  2. 1 cup chopped spinach
  3. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  4. Salt as per test
  5. 1 tsp + as require oil
  6. For stuffing
  7. 8-10 garlic cloves
  8. 2" ginger piece
  9. 2 tsp peanut seeds
  10. Salt as per your test
  11. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 turmeric powder
  13. Oil


  1. Firstly we make masala for stuffing
  2. In a mixer jar add ginger garlic, peanut seeds, salt red chilli powder and grind it, with some water make fine pest
  3. Now in a pan heat 2 tsp oli and add grinded masala add turmeric powder. Soate it for 10 min . It's ready
  4. In a pan add corn flour, wheat flour, chopped spinach and salt.
  5. Kneed it with little water and make a soft dough
  6. Make tow balls of dough. Spread it on a polythene with help of water
  7. Spread ready masala on it
  8. Fold it and make square shape
  9. Again press it with fingers and make parantha, transfer it on hot tava
  10. Apply some oil for cook these parantha
  11. Cook properly for 10-12 min now it's ready to serve
