Ragi dosa

Ingredients to make Ragi dosa

  • 1 cup Ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander 
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Ragi dosa

  1. Take ragi flour, rice flour, chopped green chillies and water in a large bowl.
  2. Now add onion ,salt and mix well
  3. Now add some more water and mix well
  4. And chopped coriander and mix well
  5. Now take a pan and apply some oil
  6. And pour the batter and spread well
  7. And flip on other side and fry well and serve well
