Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour 200 gram
  2. Oil 4 teaspoons
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Cabbage 150 gram
  6. Beans 50 gram
  7. Carrot 50 gram
  8. Spring onions 100 gram
  9. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  10. Chilli sauce and soy sauce to serve

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour in a pot
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil
  3. Add boiling hot water
  4. Knead the dough like that of chapati
  5. Keep covered for 10 minutes
  6. Again add 1 teaspoon oil
  7. Knead again
  8. Keep aside
  9. Now In a pan add remaining oil
  10. Add ginger garlic paste
  11. Add all the finely chopped vegetables
  12. Add salt and pepper powder
  13. Stir for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
  14. Now take a small portion of dough and make ball
  15. Roll it by rolling pin
  16. Fill 1 teaspoon of vegetables filling and give the desired shape of momos
  17. Steam in steamer for 20 minutes
  18. Serve hot with chilli dip and soy ginger dio
