Golden is it's colour and so is it's taste. A mouthwatering royal dish you can have for breakfast and it will provide you energy for the day and easily keep you full till lunch.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3/4 cups Rava
  2. 3/4 cups sugar
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. few strands of kesar
  5. 3/4 cup ghee
  6. 2 ELAICHI
  7. 10-12 cashews
  8. 1tbs Raisins


  1. Boil milk with kesar and elaichi till milk turns yellow and keep aside.
  2. Sauté the cashews and raisins in 1tbsp of ghee in a pan and keep aside.
  3. Add rava to the same pan and roast well.
  4. Make sure that the milk is still warm as adding cold milk to the rava will create lumps.
  5. Add the warm milk and the sugar and stir continually so that no lumps are formed.
  6. Boil for 3-4mins on low - medium heat.
  7. Now, add the dry fruits and the rest of the ghee and mix well.
  8. Remove from the heat.
  9. Serve and garnish with some more dry fruits or kesar if you wish.
