Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 eggs beaten
  2. 2 tortilla wraps
  3. Cabbage chopped 1/4th cup
  4. Red bell pepper half sliced
  5. Green bell pepper half sliced
  6. Onion sliced
  7. Lemon juice 1tbspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper 1tspoon
  10. Butter
  11. Tomato ketchup 2 tbspoon
  12. Mayonies 2 tbspoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take beaten eggs add some salt and pepper and keep aside
  2. In other bowl mix all the chopped vegetables and add salt pepper mix well
  3. Now add lemon juice in it and keep aside
  4. Heat tawa on medium flame and melt some butter
  5. Spread half mixture of egg on tava like omelet
  6. Now when see its half done than cover it with the tortilla and flip
  7. Now cook at the tortilla side
  8. On top add the salad mayo and sauce
  9. Make role and serve hot
