Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup idli rava
  2. 1/2 cuo soar curd
  3. 1 tspoon bakibg soda
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. For sambhar take 1/4th cup tuar dal
  6. 2 cups roughly chopped vegtables
  7. Battleground,carrot,beans,onion,tomato and grated ginger
  8. Sambhar masala 1 tbspoon
  9. Tamarind pulp 1 tbspoon
  10. Sugar 1/4th tbspoon
  11. For tadka 2 red chilli whole
  12. Mustard seeds
  13. Curry leaves few
  14. Red chilli powder
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix everything for idli in a bowl
  2. Mix well if see its thick than add some water
  3. Keep mixture aside for 20 mins
  4. In a pressure cooker boil everything fot sambhar except tadka and tamarind paste
  5. After 5 whistle open the cooker and on slow flame add the tamarind paste and let it cook on slow flame for 5 minutee
  6. Other side prepare the tempering
  7. Heat oil add mustard seeds and chilli than curry leaves and at ghe end red chilli powder
  8. Add tadka to sambhar and mix well your sambhar is ready
  9. Now in microwave steamer spread the idli better in idli pot and cook for 3 minutes
  10. Werve hot idli with sambhar
  11. I have used skewers for serving
