Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm chopped wash methi
  2. 1 bowl flour
  3. 1 tbsp red chilli
  4. 1 tbsp Ajwain
  5. 2tbsp oil for moyan
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add flour chopped methi salt red chilli Ajwain add oil also now knead it.
  2. Knead it very soft now roll paratha add oil close again roll it in square shape..
  3. Now roast it from both side..
  4. Serve with fresh curd...
