This is a gujrati recipe. Very and delicious stuffing parantha which makes our breakfast very healthy

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup plain wheat
  2. 1/4 cup maida
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup chana dal
  5. 1 teaspoon cardemom powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tablespoon refine oil
  8. 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  9. 1/2 cup clarified butter
  10. Enough water for making dough


  1. Boil chana dal then make a past
  2. Heat a wok, add dal paste
  3. Add sugar in wok
  4. Stirring several time till all moisture desolve
  5. Add salt and mix
  6. Switch off the flame and add clarified butter and cardamom powder and mix well
  7. Take wheat, maida, salt,oil
  8. Add little water and make a soft dough
  9. Grease oil all over the dough and cover with damp cloth for 1 hour
  10. Now grease oil on palm take small portion of daal and make a small ball
  11. After 1 hour remove the cloth from the dough and again press with palm
  12. Take small portion from dough
  13. Make big hole in the middle like a katori and keep one ball of daal
  14. Cover the daal with this dough and make a ball
  15. Now spread little flour, take a stuff dough ball and roll it big and thin roti
  16. Heat a tawa, put the roti on tawa and cook for both side with clarified butter
  17. Make all the puran pori and serve in a plate
