Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn meal flour 250 gram
  2. Gram flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  4. Radish 1 medium size
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon
  6. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Hing 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil to shallow fry paranthes


  1. Take both the flours in a pot
  2. Add chopped fenugreek leaves
  3. Add grated radish
  4. Add salt ,hing ,pepper powder and cumin seeds
  5. Knead the soft dough by adding water
  6. Now take a small prtion and make a ball
  7. Now spread dry flour on plateform and make a chapati spreading by hand
  8. Now transfer it on hot tava
  9. Grease from both the sides
  10. Shallow fry till goden and crispy
  11. Serve hot with potato curry and pickles
