Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs - 4 no
  2. Chapathis - 4 no
  3. Onion chopped - 1 no
  4. Cucumber chopped - 1 no
  5. Green chilli chopped - 2 /3 no
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Chat masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  9. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. Oil - 2 tablespoons
  11. Leftover veggie fry - 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl , break the eggs add black pepper powder and salt and beat well .
  2. Heat a tawa or skillet in a medium heat and place the roti add 1 tablespoon oil and fry it.
  3. Then pour the 1/4 of the egg mix in and swirl it around to make an omlette the size of the roti and press down gently .
  4. When egg is cooked , flip roti and cook for a couple of seconds .
  5. Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate .
  6. Assemble .....
  7. Arrange the leftover veggie fry and cucumber sliced , onion and chilli in a line up the center of the roti.
  8. Spread the lemon juice, chat masala powder and tomato sauce.
  9. Roll up with a gently and enjoyyyyy :relaxed::relaxed:
