Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup Wheat Flour
  2. ½ cup Spinach chopped
  3. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  4. ½ tsp red chili powder
  5. ½ tsp thil
  6. 1 tsp garam masala (optional)
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Sieve wheat flour. Combine all above mentioned ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add enough water and knead to a smooth dough. Add 1 tsp oil and knead it. Close it and keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Take the dough and divide into equal sized balls. Take a ball and roll it using roller pin.
  4. Heat a tawa or frying pan. Grease with little oil/ghee.
  5. Cook paratha till brown spots appear on both the sides. Proceed with the remaining balls.
  6. Serve paratha with dahi, raita and pickle.
