Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava 1 1/2 cup
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Capsicum and cabbage for garnish
  6. Green chili 3-4
  7. Coriender
  8. Oil 2 tablesoon
  9. Mustered seed 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix curd rawa salt and water to make a smooth pest and leave it for 30 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes rawa will farment now it's ready to make idly
  3. Take a cooker fill with water and heat it up
  4. Now take some better and mix Eno with it
  5. Then pour better in idly contener and put it in the cooker and cook it for 7 minutes
  6. Now idlys are ready
  7. Let it cool down completely and then take it out
  8. Not take a pan and put it on flame heat oil and put mustered seed and green chili an let it crecked
  9. Then put idly and mix it gently sprinkle some chat masala and coriender
  10. Serev with chatni or sauce and garnish with cabbage and capsicum (it's optional)
