  1. Ladies finger -4
  2. Idly rice-1 cup
  3. Jeera -1 spoon
  4. Pepper -1 spoon
  5. Curry leaves- 10 leaves
  6. Salt


  1. Soak idly rice for 1 hour
  2. In jar, add soaked rice , ladies finger,pepper, jeera, curry leaves and grind it well like dosa batter
  3. Add required salt into the batter
  4. In dosa pan, add one ladle prepared dosa batter and spread it
  5. Flip next side
  6. Make sure both side should be cooked well
  7. Enjoy the healthy dosa with chutney
