Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Flattened rice 250 gram
  2. Peanuts 100 gram
  3. Onion 2 medium size
  4. Tomato 1 piece
  5. Potato 1 medium size
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. Curry leaves 10...12
  8. Oil 2 tablespoons
  9. Mustard seed 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Sugar 2 teaspoon
  14. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  15. Sev namkeen to garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash flattened rice and keep in a Siever
  2. Peel and chop potato in small pieces
  3. Keep a pan n medium heat
  4. Deep fry potatoes
  5. Deep fry peanuts
  6. In the remaining oil in the same pan add mustard seed and curry leaves
  7. Add chopped onion followed by chopped tomato and green chillies
  8. Fry well
  9. Add soaked flattened rice
  10. Add fried potatoes and peanuts
  11. Add salt, pepper powder and garam masala
  12. Add sugar and lemon juice
  13. Mix well
  14. Turn off the flame
  15. Serve in a plate garnish with sev bhujia
