My Tip:A word of caution: Although they are simple to make, one common problem with them is that if you do not follow the exact amounts of ingredients or the process, the puffs can go flat. (Although trust me, you can still enjoy them as delicious cheese biscuits). Yes! That is what happened with me the first time I made them. You should promise not to open the oven door till the puffs are golden brown and done because that could also lead to deflating the puffs.
